On the road...

Hello everyone. Sorry I've been so terrible about posting these last couple of weeks! They've been two weeks of firsts! Grace had her follow-up doctor appointment and had her first shots which were terrible! Maybe even harder for me than her if you can believe that. It took me 10 minutes to calm her down. Aside from that she had a great checkup. She was 12 lbs 14 oz and 23 in. On her first appointment she was in the 50th percentile for everything, but on the last she was in the 75th for head and length and 92nd for weight.... she's gettin' big!

That same week, she started day-care. She seems to be taking to it well, but it was tough on mom and dad the first day. In a few days we leave for our first family vacation to Flordia. We are really excited and hope Gracie has a great time in the sun. (I even plan on getting her first bikini... picutres to follow!)

Two Months!

Today Grace is two months old! I can't believe how fast time flies. We had some Mommy and Gracie time today because Matt took our nephew Wyatt to Burger King and a movie (I took Gabby to a movie a few months ago, so Matt wanted to take Wyatt. Gavin will get to go once he gets a little older too). We had a good day - she's such a sweetie! It is so much fun now that she is smiling and cooing!! I just love it!!

So Big!

Hi again, sorry it has been so long since my last post. Between the holidays, guests visiting and going back to work I have been neglecting this blog. Grace is getting so big! She has been awake a lot more and much more alert lately. It has been fun getting her to smile and hearing her starting to coo. I think she weighs around 10.5-11 lbs now, but we'll know for sure after her doctor appointmet next week. Here are some new pictures:
